They say misery loves company and it's so true. Even when we have an opportunity to let go of physical, mental or even emotional trauma we tend to hold on to it. When pain is so common in our lives, as much as we detest it, it seems like it's all we know. The fear of not having the familiarity of that pain can be more overwhelming than most would think. Many of us are making the most of this unique moment in history to reflect and turn inward for ways to improve our well being and mental health.
