Get Relief from Tension with this Easy Arm Swing Exercise

Muscle tension and physical trauma can easily build over time. One of my go-to warm up and cool down exercises will always be arm swings. I start with small wrist and elbow movements that quickly build up to full shoulder swings. The key comes when you can relax your breathing and allow the intitial tension filled mistakes to happen. (If you follow what I mean.) I must warn you, it's not often graceful or pretty at first. It can even feel clunky and almost unnatural for most of us. That's why we call it practice though. Your ideal movement will achieve a relaxed flow state that aligns breathing, posture, clarity of mind and tension free body mechanics.
