It's one of the few ways to help make fitness sustainable over a lifetime. Lifting weights can be one of the most efficient ways to affect a lasting physical change in your body. I suggest you find a coach, an experienced friend or a fitness mentor to help show you how strength training can be fun. The hardest part will always be getting started.
